Veterans Reading Program

The Veterans Reading Program connects U.S. military veterans with children in their community, giving veterans an inspiring opportunity to read books, share stories, and serve as role models. This program promotes literacy, emotional bonding, and intergenerational connection, while offering veterans a meaningful way to give back.

By pairing veterans with children—especially those with disabilities—we foster mentorship, compassion, and confidence in young readers.
