1. Returns & Exchanges
Because we are a nonprofit organization and many of our items are created to support our programs, we currently do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer one of the following remedies at no additional cost:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A full refund to your original payment method
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Items lost during shipping (confirmed via carrier investigation)
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and program integrity, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Coloring books
- Plush toys (Phibo Buddies)
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Donations or “Give a Book/Phibo Buddy to a Child” contributions
5. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed or missing, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please report missing packages within 10 days of expected delivery.
